The combined gross lettable area of the properties is approximately 1.5 million square metres. 50% of our properties are located in Gauteng, 40% in KwaZulu-Natal and the balance in the Cape. Our portfolio is heavily weighted (76%) towards industrial / distribution centres with the balance made up by retail.
